When you see this icon
below a title, this means there is a file to be viewed related to the title. The file will be either a Power Point (PPT), Microsoft Word File (MSW), or Adobe File. If you do not have these programs does not worry, Internet Explorer will open them in the web browser for you to view and print. Be advised that in order to access these files you must right click on the icon
. Typically you navigate a computer with your mouse by left clicking, or using your index finger on the left side of your mouse. To access files on this site use your middle finger and right click on the icon
to access the files, unless of course your mouse is privy to a roller ball and you use your ring finger. Follow these steps to view and print files on this site:
1) Right-click on icon and select “Save Target As” in order to download the file to your computer and then launch it using your own software. This is the optimum method for best printing results. If you do not have the particular software (Microsoft Word, or Power Point) then use step:
2) Right-click on the download icon and select "Open Link in New Window" or "Open Link" so that you can view files in the web browser. You may get a pop-up requesting your authentication or password information; simply click "Cancel" and the file should load in a separate browser window. Note in some cases the browser may only play portions of music for a file (as in with Power Points). For the full effect of such Power Points you will need to save to file and play in Power Point. Word documents will not print completely from the browser. For prefect printing refer to step one.
